Jodi Olson is an RPCV. She also made remarks about how there are 20 new countries that want volunteers and that applications are up but there isn't enough money in the PC budget to fund the demand. That was why we were advocating to increase the PC budget. Two of the countries have just been announced as ones the PC will start in 2007, Cambodia and a return to Ethiopia.
